Shipping will be via U. S. Postal Service priority method which usually takes 2 – 3 days. All packages will need to be signed for. As soon as Eazy Dolly ships you will receive an e-mail from us giving you tracking info. International shipments are welcome! The U. S. Postal Service is less expensive than other carriers and we have shipped successfully to several countries. Please e-mail us and we will be happy to get a shipping quote to your destination. Customs and/or taxes charged by your country are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot ship this product as a “gift” and we thank you for your understanding on this issue.

For international orders, please e-mail us the following information:model you would like to purchase, city, country and postal code, and phone number. We will then be able to give you the exact shipping cost and estimated delivery schedule. You can still complete your transaction through Pay Pal, however, we will send you an invoice via e-mail.

Please note that each Eazy Dolly is hand crafted in the United States and they are not mass produced. To produce a quality and precision crafted item takes time, therefore, lead time can be up to two weeks. We will ship your order sooner if possible.

Warranty: JCL will repair or replace parts that are defective in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from receipt of item. JCL will not be responsible for damage incurred by mis-use. Any modifications made to Eazy Dolly will cancel this warranty. JCL encourages you to use common sense and follow all posted traffic and property signs while using this product. JCL is not responsible for any damage that occurs to you or any personal property as a result of using this product.
