WARRANTY
JCL will repair or replace parts that are defective in material or workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from receipt of item. JCL will not be responsible for damage incurred by mis-use. Any modifications made to EAZYHANDLE will cancel this warranty. JCL encourages you to use common sense and follow all posted traffic and property signs while using this product. JCL is not responsible for any damage that occurs to you or any personal property as a result of using this product. Design changes may be made without notice – any changes made will not affect the function of the handle. JCL encourages you to read all instructions and cautionary notes received with your EAZYHANDLE before use.
All returns require prior authorization from JCL Custom Products. Please call us immediately if your product is defective upon arrival. All returns must be new, unused and have original packaging and accessories. Returns must be authorized within 7 days of receipt of product. Return shipping is at customer expense. Refunds will be issued once product is received and inspected in the same manner as the payment was received. Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless return is due to manufacturer defect.
